FAQ’s and FACTS:
- There’s no better explanation than an example: you can recharge your cell phone under direct sun exposure in 2h. But, it may take longer if it’s a cloudy day (even if there is day Light!), and also if you are inside of a building.
- Our bag is designed to work without an extra battery because we want our products to be 100% ecofriendly. That means that our bags will give energy to your Electronic devices as long as there is sun light. Anyway, if you prefer it, you can connect an extra battery to the bag to store energy. This way you could use the energy saved even when there is no sun. If that’s the case, please contact us here so we can give you some tips and recommendations about the most suitable batteries for your bag.
- We know it would be really cool to recharge your laptop with the solar panels but unfortunately it is not possible yet: laptops need a lot of power to get recharged, the maximum you can charge with your youshine bag is an ipad, and it would multiply per 4 the life of the battery. We’re working on new Technologies to constantly improve our products, so please send us any suggestions or ideas you may have. Your feedback makes our products better! Thank you in advance for that.
- Does it work with artificial Light? No, it may work if the light is very strong, no bulb can be compared to the sun!
- “Charging is not supported with this accessory”, what does it means?
If you have this message in your device (iPod/iPhone/iPad) you don’t have to worry, this means that your device doesn’t receive enough energy to charge. You just have to wait to have more sunny light, that’s it!
