When Will My Order Ship?

The Orders shipped US ground or international are shipped 3- 5 days after the order is placed.

The exact timing of shipment all depends on how many orders are in line in front of yours and how far do we need to ship it to. Oh and just to be super clear, “business,” means Monday through Friday and excludes most US holidays.

 

Returns and exchanges

What qualifies for a return?

If you purchased or received a non-custom item directly from Innovalley.us and would like to return it within 30 days, we can issue you a refund or web-store credit. Returned goods must be in perfect, un-used condition with all original tags.

 

The Returns Process

To process a return please follow these steps:

• First, find the Sales Order Number on the invoice you received with your order. (It’s a 7 digit number) If you don’t know this number, please email and give us your first name, last name, email address, shipping address and order date. If this was a gift, please tell us the purchaser’s first and last name. We’ll look up your Sales Order Number and email it back to you.
• Print out the Return Summary page and send it to Innovalley along with the product you want to return.

Once received, returns take approximately 7-10 business days to process.

Returned goods must be in perfect, un-used condition with all original tags. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we will not accept returns for any reason other than defects.

 

If You Received the Wrong Product

If you received the wrong product in your shipment, or are missing something from your order, please contact us at sales@innovalley.us. To expedite a resolution, please indicate your order number, as well as the item that was shipped in error or was missing from your order. We will process a replacement shipment and provide return instructions if applicable as soon as possible.

Warranties

We stand behind the legendary quality of all of our bags and accessories, but we also stand behind the beautiful unpredictability of life.

The YouShine collection is a test product. Be aware that the flexible photovoltaic technology is in development and it has not reach high efficiencies yet. We have tested it with most electronic devices (smartphones, cameras, iPads) but we can't guarantee that it works with any kind of device.

Our bags are made with recycled advertising banners. Be aware that imperfections may persist.

We are not responsible for bad use of this product or for any damage caused while using our products.
